The Maruti Victoris is stirring up excitement with its official unveiling. As Brand’s newest flagship for its Arena line, this SUV introduces several firsts: it debuts Maruti’s ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) suite and Dolby Atmos sound, and it has earned a full 5-star rating in Bharat NCAP testing—the highest safety recognition the company has received so far.

Like the Grand Vitara, the Victoris will be available with petrol, petrol-hybrid, and CNG powertrains, giving buyers flexible fuel options.

Launch Timing & Booking

Launch Timing & Booking
  • The company is expected to bring the SUV to showrooms in time for the festive season, possibly before Diwali.
  • There’s speculation that release might coincide with the Navaratri period (roughly 22nd September to 2nd October).
  • Bookings are already open, with a token amount of ₹11,000.

Available Trims & Standard Features

Buyers will be able to choose among six trims:
LXI • VXI • ZXI • ZXI (O) • ZXI+ • ZXI+ (O)

Even the entry-level variant packs in a solid set of features, such as:

  • 7-inch touchscreen
  • 4.2-inch display for the driver
  • Black-Ivory interior upholstery
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
  • Voice assistant
  • USB charger (Type A) up front
  • Push-button start/stop & smart key
  • Auto AC and rear AC vents
  • Pollen air filter
  • Safety features: 6 airbags, ABS with brake assist, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hill hold assist, ISOFIX child-seat anchors, tyre repair kit, three-point seatbelts all around

The base variant is estimated to cost around ₹10 lakh (ex-showroom). For buyers watching their budget, this variant offers many essentials, though it lacks some premium upgrades found in higher trims.

What the Top Trims Bring

The higher-end ZXI+ trim includes several upgrades:

  • Level-2 ADAS
  • 10.1-inch infotainment screen
  • Front ventilated seats
  • Four speakers
  • Head-up display
  • Dual front USB-C ports
  • Terrain modes (AWD options)
  • Machined-cut 17-inch alloy wheels

The ZXI+ (O) trim further adds a panoramic sunroof.

These fully loaded versions are likely to be priced at around ₹18 lakh (ex-showroom). If budget allows, they deliver very strong value in terms of luxury and features.

Best Value Picks

Choosing the “best” variant really depends on what you value most (safety, luxury, tech, comfort) and how much you’re willing to spend. Based on what’s known so far:

  • The ZXI variant looks like a sweet spot. It offers many of the upscale touches (larger driver display, LED lighting, premium wheels, etc.) without pushing to the top-end price.
  • If you want peak features—ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, advanced tech—the ZXI+ or ZXI+ (O) are best, assuming the price doesn’t stretch your budget too far.
